Group Bookings
The conference executive committee has agreed that there will be a special rate in the conference fee structure for group bookings. Group bookings will close on 31 August 2009.
A group booking is based around a group of people booking their conference registration and accommodation through ONE individual or group leader. The group leader will collect all registration information and registration and accommodation fees.
Special group booking rates apply (All fees are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST).

What constitutes a group booking?
AUSTRALIA: 20 or more individuals with individual or organisational affiliations to a state / territory PCA member organisation.
OTHER COUNTRY 1: 20 or more individuals from the same country or region.
COUNTRY 2: 5 or more individuals from the same country or region.
How to make a group booking
Nominate a group leader who will be the sole liaison person with the Conference Organisers. The group leader will be the only person who has contact with the Conference Organisers. Any questions group members have about the conference, registration or accommodation must be asked through the group leader.
Contact the Conference Secretariat on 02 6281 6624 or email erin@conlog.com.au and you will be forwarded a link for the online group registration. You will need to complete registration information for each of the group members as well as contact details for the group leader. A tax invoice and summary for all registrations will be forwarded to the Group Coordinator. A confirmation of registration email will also be sent to each of the group members.
The group leader will be responsible for all contacts with the Conference Organisers. If you have questions about your conference registration, or accommodation if booked through the Conference Organisers, please refer the question to your group leader who will pass it on to the conference organiser.
There are no cancellations or refunds for bookings made as a part of a group. It is permissible for delegates to swap or replace delegates within the group. Once the initial group booking has been made, no more bookings can be added to it.
For international groups, each delegate is still responsible for organising their own visa and other travel requirements.
