POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters will be permanently on display during the Conference. Each poster presenter will be allocated a set time to present the main points of their research. Posters can present research in progress, case studies, divisional projects or clinical topics. Guidelines for your poster will be sent to you upon acceptance of presenting a poster at the conference. There will be an opportunity in the poster presentations to reflect on the theme for World Hospice and Palliative Care Day 2009, which will focus on Palliative Care and the Arts. Posters will be grouped into two sections during the conference— general palliative care posters and posters which have a focus on palliative care and the arts.
Authors should state a preference for their presentation type and address the abstract to one of the conference streams. However, in balancing the program the Committee may require authors to present their work in an alternate format.
