Important Note

To be eligible for the early bird registration rate you must complete your registration form and provide payment to the conference secretariat no later than 10 July 2009.
Membership registration applies to members of Engineers Australia, Australasian College of Physical Scientists and Engineers in Medicine or the Society for Medial and Biological Engineering.

Registration Confirmation
Your registration will be acknowledged in writing, by email or mail, with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Please check this information for accuracy and notify the Conference Secretariat of any amendments required in writing to: conference@conlog.com.au

Payment Procedures
Registration forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration fees. Payment can be made by credit card, via Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) or by cheque/money order. Cheques should be made payable to EPSM ABEC 2009. Please note that payments via credit card will show on bank statements as ‘Conference Logistics’. Once the registration form has been received and processed, your requirements will be confirmed by email and a tax invoice provided.
