Car Parking
Hotel Realm has two levels of underground secure car parking available to in-house guests and the general public.
Rates are as follows:
In-house guests $10 per car per day
Valet car parking $15 per car per day
Casual car parking rates are also available

Dress
Recommended dress for the Conference is smart casual.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The Organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
Privacy
The Conference may provide your name and organisation details to service providers that perform services on behalf of EIANZ (such as mailing houses), sponsors and exhibitors. Inappropriate or unauthorised use of your contact information is not permitted. A list of participants with name and organisation will be given to delegates upon registration. If you do not consent to the Conference providing your contact information for these purposes, please tick the Privacy box on the registration form or notify the Conference Secretariat.
Registration Desk
The Conference Registration Desk will be located on the level 1 foyer of the Hotel Realm and will be open for the duration of the Conference.
Special Requirements
Every effort is made to ensure people with special requirements are catered for. Should you require any special assistance, please indicate a notation on your registration form to enable us to make your stay in Canberra a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Travel from Canberra Airport to Canberra City
Taxis are available at all times of the day from the front of the terminal at the airport. An average fare from the airport into the city costs $15-$20, depending on day and time of travel. Alternatively the ‘Airliner’ Shuttle Bus service operates Monday to Friday, approximately every 30 minutes (Monday to Friday) and every hour (Saturday and Sunday) between the Canberra Airport and the City bus interchange. The bus departs from the shuttle bus stop outside the airport terminal. A one-way fare costs $7 or a return is $12. Expected travel time is approximately 25 minutes. Weather
In October Canberra enjoys mostly sunny days with temperatures beginning to warm up after the winter months. The average maximum temperature is 24 degrees, while the average minimum is 9 degrees. Although days are fine and sunny it is suggested that delegates bring clothing suitable for the colder weather Canberra experiences.
