Full Member / Non Member

Registration includes admission to all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches and conference satchel with final program and entry to the exhibition area.  Also includes Welcome Reception, Special Interest Breakfasts, Poster Sessions and Conference Dinner.

 

Student

This registration category is applicable to full-time students only, and student identification must accompany registration. Student registration includes all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, Special Interest Breakfasts, Workshops, Poster Sessions and conference satchel with final program and entrance to the exhibition area. Tickets to social functions may be purchased separately.

Day Member/Day Non Member

Registration includes admission to all sessions on the nominated day only and morning and afternoon teas, lunches, Special Interest Breakfasts (if they are scheduled on the nominated day of attendance), Workshops (if they are scheduled on the nominated day of attendance), Poster Sessions (if it is scheduled on the nominated day of attendance) and conference satchel with final program and entrance to the exhibition area.  Tickets to social functions may be purchased separately.

 

Registration Acknowledgement

All communication with registered delegates will be by email. If you register and do not receive a confirmation email within five working days please contact the Conference Secretariat on +61 2 6281 6624 or email conference@conlog.com.au.

 

 

Cancellation

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, conference@conlog.com.au. Cancellations received before will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after Friday 5 February 2010 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

 

 

Payment of Fees

All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued to all registrants following receipt of registration. All conference and function payments must be received prior to the Conference. If payment for your registration type is not received by the cut-off date your registration type will automatically be changed to the next registration level.
