Special room rates have been secured for delegates attending AWMA 2010. All accommodation rates quoted are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are per room, per night (room only) and are subject to availability. A credit card guarantee or a deposit of one night's accommodation must be forwarded with your Conference registration to secure your booking. Deposits will be passed on to the hotels and delegates are responsible for paying the full balance of their account and all incidentals on departure from the hotel. The hotel will be responsible for issuing tax invoices for accommodation payments upon check out.

Block bookings have been made at
the hotels listed below at special
Conference rates. The deadline for
hotel bookings is 19 February 2010. Bookings made after this date need to
be made directly with the hotel and
will be subject to availability. A deposit of one night’s accommodation is
required to secure your booking.
Deposits will be forwarded to the
hotel and delegates are responsible
for

cancellations to accommodation

Secretariat in writing. Some hotels
may apply a cancellation fee of the

occupied on the requested ‘check in’
date. All rates are inclusive of GST and
are per person per night.
The closing date for bookings is Friday 19 February 2010. Bookings made after Friday 19 February 2010 will need to be made directly with the hotel. Bookings made direct with the hotel will be subject to availability and conference rates may not apply.
Amendments to accommodation bookings will only be accepted in writing to the conference secretariat by fax to 02 6281 6624 or email to conference@conlog.com.au
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may attract a penalty of one night's accommodation. Cancellations within 48 hours or failing to arrive on the specified check in date may incur a cancellation or 'no show' fee, which can be up to the equivalent of the full value of the accommodation booking.
