The 5th Australasian Soilborne Diseases Symposium (5th ASDS) will continue the tradition of bringing together plant pathologists and other biologists who have an interest in the soil environment. Unique aspects of this symposium are the small size of the meeting and the strong focus which contributes to the camaraderie experienced by the participants.
The organising committee of the 5th ASDS invite all scientists interested in plant microbe interactions in the soil to present their research findings and to network with others working in similar areas. We are certain that you will enjoy valuable interactions through the scientific and social program in the Australian Alps. We look forward to seeing you all in Thredbo in 2009.
PAPER SUBMISSION PROCESS
Please note: There has been some confusion in relation to the submission of abstracts. You are being asked to submit an abstract of 300 words only on line. Once the papers have been reviewed and accepted, you will then be asked to submit a longer abstract (up to 2 pages in length as per the example o n the site) for inclusion in the conference handbook.
