Accommodation
Special room rates have been secured for delegates attending the Australian Pharmaceutical Science Association Conference. All accommodation rates are per room, per night and are room only unless otherwise specified. To secure your booking, a deposit of one night’s accommodation must be forwarded with your Conference registration. If you wish to pay the full amount of your accommodation please indicate how much you wish to pay on the Registration Form. Alternatively, you can supply credit cards details to guarantee the room.
The closing date for bookings is 28 October 2008. Bookings made after 28 October 2008 will be subject to availability and will need to be made directly with the hotel. Delegates are responsible for paying the balance of their account and all incidentals on departure from the hotel.
Please note that all accommodation rates quoted are inclusive of GST. Deposits will be passed on to the hotels and the hotel will be responsible for issuing tax invoices for accommodation payments upon departure.
Accommodation Preferences
Please indicate your first 3 preferences of hotels when booking accommodation. As limited rooms are available at each property we recommend that accommodation be booked early.
Change of Booking
Amendments to accommodation bookings will only be accepted in writing.
Accommodation Cancellation
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will attract a penalty of one night’s accommodation.
