Group Registration
A group registation will apply to 10 registrations from the same hospital or organisation at a cost of $710 per person. Please contact Renae at Conference Logistics on 02 6281 6624 or renae@conlog.com.au to receive a special group registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 5 August 2008 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after 5 August 2008 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising Committee. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Communication
All communication with registered delegates will be by email wherever an email address is provided, or by post if no email address is provided. If you register and do not receive a confirmation letter by email within five working days please contact the Secretariat on 02 6281 6624 or email conference@conlog.com.au
