General Information

Delegate List
A delegate list with name, organisation, suburb, state, country and email address will be supplied to all Conference attendees including exhibitors and sponsors. Those delegates who indicate on their registration form that they do not want their details to appear on the delegate list will not been included.

Dress
Dress throughout the conference is neat casual.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel or health insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel that delegates make arrangements for appropriate insurance cover. The organising committee and Conference Logistics do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to take adequate insurance cover.

Messages
A message board will be located near the Registration Desk.

Name Badges
Your name badge is your entry to all sessions, lunches, morning and afternoon teas, the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner, and should be worn at all times.

Parking
Parking is easy with 10,000 car parking spaces available at Sydney Olympic Park.
Two hour free parking is located on Showground Road, Grand Parade, Olympic Boulevard and Dawn Fraser Avenue.

Casual parking is available for $3 per hour or $15 per day maximum. Please note certain major events at Sydney Olympic Park incur a flat fee of $15 for parking. Bring change for coin operated parking machines.
We recommend you pre-book your parking for major events.

Photocopying at the Conference
There are no photocopying facilities at the conference venue, so please ensure your bring a sufficient number of any handouts.

Registration Desk
The registration desk will be located at the Telstra Dome and will be open at the following times:            

Monday 8 September   6.00 pm - 7.30 pm
Tuesday 9 September 7.30 am - 6.30 pm
Wednesday 10 September 8.00 am - 5.30 pm
Thursday 11 September 8.00 am - 3.30 pm

Special Requirements
Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue.
