Registration
Delegates will be able to collect their name badge and conference material from the Registration Desk at the times below. The Registration Desk will be located in the Pre Function Area and will be open as follows:
Wednesday 22 October 1730-1900 (Welcome Reception)
Thursday 23 October 0800 - 1700
Friday 24 October 0800 - 1700
Speakers
To assist with the smooth running of the conference it would be helpful if you could email your presentation in advance to renae@conlog.com.au. If this is not possible, please deliver your presentation to the Registration Desk on arrival at the Conference. We will ensure they are handed to the audiovisual technician, who will pre-load the presentation prior to the start of the session. All presenters should report 20 minutes prior to the start of their session to meet with the Session Chair and to check their presentation.
Airport Transfers
Taxis are available at all times of the day from the front of the domestic terminal at the Perth Airport. An average fare to Fremantle is $40, depending on the day and time of travel.
We have 52 seats available on a bus to the airport at the close of the Conference. This will depart the Esplanade Hotel at the conclussion of the Conference. The conference will cover the cost of the bus. If you would like to take advantage of this shuttle, you will need to notify us. Either email renae@conlog.com.au prior to the conference or let Renae or Elizabeth know at the Registration Desk. A ticket will issued for each transfer.
Parking
Valet car-parking is available to hotel guests at a fee of $20.00 per vehicle per day. All non-resident delegates may use the valet parking service provided at a
fee of $25.00 per vehicle per day, provided a reservation is made with the concierge desk at least 24hrs
prior to use. Please note the current rate is subject to change and availability.
Alternative parking is available in the secure, undercover, multi story Collie Street Car Park situated
adjacent to the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle in Collie Street. Parking Discount Tickets can be made available
to delegates allowing them to park for the full day at a flat rate of $10.00, subject to change.

Special Requirements
Every effort has been made to ensure that people with special needs are catered for. If you have not already done so, please advise Conference Logistics regarding any special dietary or other requirements (eg mobility) that you may have.
